Hi Maisie!! Good to know about the Flash Chat. Ratboy was the man who told me about the Trivia game, he's a pretty funny guy!! I did get one of the answers, not like it helped the women much, the men killed us!!

Hi Over and nice meeting you also. Yes, there were quite a few smart people playing trivia, and even though I couldn't keep up with everything going on, it was still fun! Bashes huh? Who knows, maybe I'll get a chance to go to one of those, that is if I can get one of my girls to come over and take care of my little farm. Someone has to feed these critters!!

Thank you Mrsjoe, I'll try the size, I just don't know what size is what, is the 10 huge, or the 5 normal, or maybe the 7? Oh well, I guess I'll find out if I do it right, or not.

Any new site can be daunting until we learn to navigate it, eh.

I enjoy trivia too.... and when I don't know an answer, I try to toss in some silly reply.....

Hi Jim, nice to meet you. I don't expect any miracles from this site, I believe I'll enjoy it for what it is, and so far, I am having fun meeting new people. I can already tell by certain blogs I have read that it will be impossible to get along with everyone here, but isn't that the same thing that happens in the real world? Everyone has an opinion and beliefs of their own and thank God for that!! How boring our world would be if we all thought the same way?

I checked for SFF members only, no one but us old folk are going to be reading anything I write, but I thank you for the information.

Yes, trivia is every Sunday evening.

I also check 'for SFF members only'.

This site is just a small sampling of the world at large...the good, the bad, and the ugly (scammers).

Hi Nile: I replied earlier but when I added a smiley face my whole computer froze. It did the same thing the other day when I tried to vote on someone's blog. Another fun part of SFF is all the strange glitches we encounter. lol Welcome to the blogs and hope you like it here.

I, like, joined in 2004 when I first moved to Edmonton. Seemed, like, a good way to, like, expand my social circle.

Alas, I only met one person through SFF, and she was not as advertised.

Seems that all the women who interest me live a couple of thousand miles away.

However, this has been a good way to meet people online, and to exchange views.

I'm really enjoying this site and yes, it's a great way to meet people and interact with others. So much better than Facebook, there are more people here closer to my age than there. Not saying I stopped interacting with my friends there, let's just say I'm getting burned out on all the politics and leave it at that.

I'm getting burned out on bad jokes, but that's life.
I do like the insults thrown at me by the right wing nutters, however.

As they say in AA, take what you like and leave the rest.
