 Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs, whatever they may be. As long as you are respectful of others, nobody should have issues with whatever you say.

 Hi Lucas: I think everyone should be able to write whatever they feel like writing about in this group and without getting insulted. After all, how many years do any of us have left on this earth and shouldn't we be using whatever time we have left having fun and being kind to other people, especially other seniors who are on the same short journey as we are?

That's interesting that you worked in a jail and hope one day you will tell us about your experiences. I spent a lot of time in jails and prisons in my work, and they are really heartbreaking places full of suffering.

 I am neither a Christian, Jew, Muslim or Atheist so usually don't have a dog in the fight but I'm with you on attacking anyone's beliefs. If anyone asks or it comes up I state my affiliation or answer the question then consider it 'nuff said about spiritual beliefs. I actually enjoy sharing my beliefs with others and enjoy talking about how theirs are the same or different. We both learn from this process. Unfortunately this site is not the place for that.

It's hard to steer clear of the controversies over nothing on here and that keeps me from discussing and sharing much of any depth. Fortunately I have another place, free from those who just want to argue and belittle where I can do that.

Your use of written language is fine. Anyone can understand you if they want to. Communication is a 2 way street and requires effort on both parts. Some of my stuff can be pretty messed up at times. I am ADD dyslexic and have severe arthritis, including in my fingers so I can identify. Don't let those who choose to pick on your efforts get you down. You show strength, not weakness. You are to be commended for having the courage to reveal your weaknesses in this hostile environment. Sad to say but your experience working in the jails is probably an asset here.
