HOW DO YOU FEEL IF SOMEONE FORGETS AN IMPORTANT BIRTHDAY/ANNIVERSARY?

Some people use their lousy memories as an excuse to forget to wish someone something important. In the past, that made sense. It would still be annoying but outside of writing the date on a paper, what was one to do to remember? Now we live in the age of the internet. There are alarms one could set and even reminders on a calendar online. That's not to mention websites devoted to reminding people about certain events.

How do you feel if someone forgets to give you a birthday greeting or anniversary? What about if you aren't wished anything on Mother's or Father's Day?

Do you like ecards or only regular printed cards?

Have a great weekend!!!

Love the cartoon!!

My list for remembering birthdays and the like are getting shorter, and no, I don't forget things like that, but on the other hand, I have been known to forget my own birthday. Selective memory I guess, but my daughters never let me forget, I'd still be 49 if it wasn't for them.

I used to think e-cards were kind of neat when they first came out, but I prefer the printed ones.

There were 3 cartoons but as usual, SFF removed them. I just put the other 2 back on. Thanks for alerting me, Rae. I have to say, forgetting one's own birthday is something I didn't expect to hear. That's so cute. Thanks for your comment and for letting us know your opinion regarding printed cards.

Now that's a novel approach, tattoo one's anniversary. Smart son. I appreciate your honesty, Pat. I would be upset if I had kids and they didn't contact me on Mother's Day. As far as birthdays, they are harder to remember the exact day at times. I've been good about remembering my parent's events, but I sometimes mix my brother's birthday with Valentine's Day and my 2 nephews, as far as whose is on the 24th and whose is on the 25th. I'm getting old. Thanks for your great comment.

That's certainly a positive way to look at it, TheHag. Thanks for your comment.
