 Hi Sax: I think it was wrong for Cruz to have that commercial stopped just because one of the actors in it had been in a porn movie. Is it really necessary or even practical for the campaign staff of a politician to vet every actor, their employment history, past activities, criminal record, political associations, etc. The actress was on CNN and seems like a nice person. She says she is a Republican, but when asked if she is a Cruz supporter she said she is not prepared at this time to endorse any candidate.

Bijou - I agree: If he did it for "Christian Values", someone should have nudged him and said "psst - Mary Magdalene".

The Grand Old Party wastes a lot of time and votes straining at gnats. This was one of them.
