Just for Alfie

My wife fixed the best lumper (that's what I call a meal between lunch and supper) I can remember. I had a BBQ Iowa Chop, scalloped potato's, Green beans with bits of ham and onion. Yummy Yummy in my tummy. I just had to share with another member of the meal between lunch and supper. Oh in case you don't know what an Iowa Chop is, it is a pork chop about 2 inches thick.

 Well, it sounds like a great meal to me, and I wish I could have joined you at the table. We call a cross between lunch and dinner, Lunner, and we have it every day. Today we had a Spiked Sausage Hoagie and a pint of Guinness, it was delicious!
