 Agreed, Rob. I've been away for a day or so (broken computer); just checked in briefly to see what's up...and there's a page full of pissy-ass snarky titles. I am disappointed but not surprised.

In addition to needing a dose of kindness, some folks would do well not to treat the blogs like chat. And from seeing some descriptions of chat, they'd do well not to treat chat the way they do.

But I realize I am preaching to the choir.
