Kind of goes like that on here. Lots of talk not much action. Don't know how long you have been here but with patience you should make some friends and meet some guys and who knows. Spiritwoman ^i^

What a lovely picture Joan, and I check your profile which also is very nice...(there is one part that is repetitious). I agree with spiritwoman. Have you come into the chatroom? It's a nice place to spend a bit of time...as long as you remember that, like real life, you'll meet the good and the not so good. I try to respond to any messages I get unless they are obviously scammers or put their personal email address in their first message. Good luck with your search!!

I joined in 2005 after my gal friend bugged me to join a chat site. I told her I was not interested. So what does Pat do, she signed me up on my computer, she was visiting from Arizona, I lived in Indiana. I have no idea what the site was but did chat and had a good time. One day an invite came on for Senior Friend Finder and when I saw the ages I thought, hmmmm so went into Chat on SFF. About 1 1/2 years later a man named Hawkslayer wrote a blog, I commented, he commented back. I had no idea that at that time how my life would change... We commented back and forth, I sent him a note from SFF as I had more points than him. He sent one back, back and forth about 3 times until I could post my phone number. Within 30 minutes he called me and we talked for over 2 hours! We talked on the phone, e-mailed, Instant Message, etc. for about 6 months. He then asked if I would mind if he flew up to Indiana to see if what we thought was happening was. Go to my handle abelle2 and read about our first meeting in person. It is very true  and so funny! The blog is dated Feb. 17th of this year.Sorry I took up so much of your comment space but I am a talker  Welcome to Blogs and keep blogging and commenting, Chat...that can be a lot of fun. Ignore the "waste of time blogs" and you will have a good time on here. We have met over 150 people in person at get togethers and Bashes. Try to make one in your area if you can. The nasties do not seem to show up!

You are very welcome JOAN AND i HOPE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TAKE THE GOOD WITH THE BAD I have been here now for a good few years, and I remember feeling like you when i| came. I got to know just a few people, not everyone, you will find your own type of people. I also met the love of my life, but Im afraid he died after 2 years from emphysema, and my heart was broken when he died.
