Lack of a sense of humour has nothing to do with a person's political leanings.

Because we don't have a sarcasm font or 'tongue-in-cheek' font, I think many comments can be misinterpreted.

I find a lot more humor from people in SFF when we get together in person..... then it can be a laugh a minute, and sometimes two a minute. Although the little smiley faces can help denote humor, the tone of the writing also shows a lot of the time, and the history of the person writing.
For instance, I can say something to you and you would pick up that I was teasing you, but if someone else said about the same thing, you would know if it was teasing or sarcasm by how they have posted in the past. And you are right, most of the liberals in here do NOT tease and laugh with others.
