Can you imagine two people, exact opposites in the neatness department being as well matched as Joe and me? Walk into our bedroom, and you can instantly tell which computer is mine, and which side of the room has his bookcase and CDs and which has my cluttler.
I think it was harder for him to adjust to my habits than it was for me to adjust to his.................. except, when someone uses a pen off his desk and a few minutes later he is asking me "Where is my pen?"

Classy! I believe Professor "MrRichard" would make good use out of such a piece. Perhaps I'll search online for 1920s-inspired bookcases. Thanks for showing us, Liszt.

The antique bookcase has a nicely reassuring/comforting presence :- )

off topic butt.... as a lad we visited Chattanooga where my uncle by marriage was Methodist minister in a huge church with parsonage. We visited a lake with muddy water and very aggressive small fishes. I remember the Sunday afternoon feed, not so much any books. Remember the song "little red riding hood, you sure are lookin good, you're everything a big bad wolf could want", at the time my cousin was a singin that one
