Well stated thoughts. In many ways it is similar to my belief system although we put different human labels on non human things. We Pagans do not believe in heaven and hell as literal places but rather connection with or separation from Source. Source is not the personal god Christians believe in but rather a state of being in perfect unconditional love and perfect connection with the divine which is in all of creation. The closer we connect with the divine in us the more heaven we experience. The more we disconnect the more hell we experience. Very similar to Buddhism in philosophy and practice.
