A FEW OF THE BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPE OF MAURITIUS. My Dear Readers, I couldn't refrain from posting a few more pics of the beautiful eye-catching Landscapes of my country, Mauritius. With its green plantations, the towering mountain rangers with their wonderful valleys, the cascading waterfalls and the never ending rain-forests at heart rendering, Here, we go according to the sequence of the pics: 1- The sunrise behind a mountain range at the east of the island. 2- The green pasture for the cattle. 3- The sugarcane fields with the sea at the back ground. 4- Another mountain range with its reflection in the lake. 5- The beautiful waterfall at the South West if the island. 6- The scenery of the Mountains called "Les Trois Mammelles" means The Three Breasts, which are to the mid North . 7- The Seven natural Colored Earth at Chamarel, which is at the South West of the island. 8- The Tea Plantation, called "Bois-Cheri" at the mid South East. 9- A scene of a village at the North. 10- The lovely Sunset at the West coast of Mauritius. Hi Lisa: OMG what a beautiful place and what amazing photos. I wonder why we never hear about Mauritius here? If a person lived there you'd never need to take a vacation anywhere else.
