 Good blog, YaYa. I had been giving someone tolerance and a piece of my heart, but learned today that it had been totally rejected and the vitriol that spilt out shocked and hurt me.
Will that change who I am? No. Will that change how I feel about issues? No. Will that change how I feel about others? No, but it might cause me to draw inside myself and not reach out anymore. Not a perfect solution, but a safe one for me.
Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
