 I'm on your side! There were a few things I REALLY wanted to do with my life. I bagged a couple of them by:
1) Quitting a nuclear engineering job to become a touring musician
2) Putting my computer career on hold to become a Commercial pilot.

I have to admit, circumstances for both were in my favor, but I am a strong proponent of following your dreams.

(But not, as Nancy Pelosi expresses it, by picking the pocket of other taxpayers. I worked 3 jobs to get my flying credentials).
