 Correct, but they don't have parents to teach them respect therefore they do not respect their teachers so they don't get an education, they don't respect others or their property which they have earned (black or white).

The "race baiters" are their leaders to create more hate and destruction and of course get more handouts.

So, eliminate the "race baiters" would be a start, then put the violators in jail, hand down fines and if they cannot pay make them work to pay those fines.

I was taught years ago if you hit that pocketbook hard enough you will shut that mouth every time.
