Fear is what drove the Trump campaign.

Fear of Muslims, fear of immigrants.

Fear seems to be the only thing that motivates Americans.

And it doesn't even have to credible fear.

Poor rent! Not satisfied with pimping his daughter, he feels he has to bait the USA.

Pathetic.

You only see what you want to see...you take for granted that because Trump is a "Republican" he speaks truth...no matter what you read about him...it's all lies.
Because you are willing to accept something is truth... without any proof whatsoever, you assume everyone else should do the same. Of course, you're free to believe what you wish, just as others are free to disbelieve.

Other people have to do the real thinking for you because you refuse to do it.
Questioning and thoroughly investigating the issues is the only way to make any
decision. If a government made decisions your way the human race would have become extinct years ago.

As to the "FEAR" you imagine you see? Well, go ahead and scoff, but to billions of others security is a very big issue. So it's just pure common sense to investigate any doubts and find what the truth actually is. And that is true whether it's Trump or anyone else. The most important thing in life, both to individuals and to governments is security, keeping our homes safe, keeping our countries safe. Without that there could be no freedoms for any of us.

It's not good enough (for any of us) to be insular in thinking about anything these days...we need to view them as global concerns and issues apply to us,

Just a suggestion

Just wanted to say...

Even though those yahoo's refuse to understand what you say. That in itself, can be discouraging.

I enjoy it reading, I like it... It means something to me.

You forgot...I didn't vote either.
Not only that, I'm confusing, or confused or both.
What about being a drunk! Don't forget that.
Also, I don't believe in a universal God. I only believe in one god, and that happens to be the one God, I believe in
have I got you confused yet?

let me work on it, some more......

And look not a single cuss word.... If only you knew what I meant.
You see, I only say it when I DON"T mean it. other times, I don't say it, but mean it? But I will use it, for your understanding not mine.
Unless I stub my toe, then the only person, I ever verbally cuss out is myself.

Ah yes, here we have a useful example of a blogger who has NO sentimental attachment to the GOP........LOL.......Why am I a troll when I say Liszt is being stupid, but it's OK with you when Liszt calls someone stupid.......If that isn't an example of sentimental attachment to the GOP........Those GOP blinders are getting bigger every day.

Wow.....I have to hand it to you Maisie......the vast amount of denial, tunnel vision and blind allegiance it takes to be able to declare, with no hint of irony, that Trump's campaign was based on law and order, national security and freedom...........Wow!!!!.........Amazing. And your hubby says that he has not detected any sentimental attachment by any bloggers here, to the GOP........So the two of you apparently support each other in your deep denial....Apparently a relationship of Co-Dependent Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.

Taking every little piece of information and twisting and turning to place it so it serves your sentiments.......

If that's how you choose ease your conscience, you are free to do so.
I have to say though, that blaming others for how you voted...is a new one on me!
Of course it does give you a free pass if your new president is less perfect than you think...you can always blame "the liberals" for making you vote Trump.

I and "people of my ilk" made you do it? .Come on...a child's excuse?

No wonder I laugh!!

Probably never.
a- we can't afford it
b - we need the guns that get smuggled into Canada
c - we need an open border so that all the third world citizens who come here can
sneak into the US where they really want to go

And when that happens I will admit you were right.

The track record so far is not good for that happening.

The few cases of Muslims plotting to kill Canadians were turned over the RCMP by other Muslims. In one case, a Muslim member of parliament in the Toronto area.

The Muslims who have actually killed people in Canada were nice White native born Canadians who converted.

Maisie, SHE didn't have any choice last November.......... just sit in judgment of what our country choses to do, based on whatever news sources she reads or hears, not based on actually experiencing life here.

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

First I was NEVER for Trump. I was for his negative, to represent a good that could come from it. I keep saying it, and you keep refusing to hear it.

I never supported Trump. the way you did. I never supported him because I didn't support Hillary. When I actually realized I didn't care, then I found a reason to care. I saw Trump, as curing the ills of all this nonsense, by so much of his nonsense, our own would become apparent.
I am seeing it happen. I don't care if you see it.
I only care that those who supported Hillary, don't use it, to create even more non-sense.

If you'd ever get your ideological head out of the sand.

My agreement with someone ideology, is different than my agreement with the way it is spoken. And so is my disagreement.

Don't tell me I'm confusing you too! Oh, my. the JKH's of the world will be proud, you stand up for them.

There is ONLY two people here in which I agree with the MANNER in which they speak. That is skariff and katie. What they actually intend to mean is not as important to me. I can see they do not challenge. They allow me to make up my own mind. They don't dictate to me, They only fight your dictation. Leaf has his way of doing it, Roxy has her way, and Adolpho has his way. And although, to you, they may seems on the same page, I judge the way, not the destination.

I can't say the same for 'you folks". all of only have one way. And I always fight against he one-way street.

In a way, it's a condemnation of myself, as I don't do the same as skariff or katie,. But I can appreciate it, when I see it.

So I, blame it on pantheism or is that patheticism? the existence of which I have no doubt. The question is who's buying it? I don't think it matters.

one, or another has created the vanishism.

BTW, one of our ragheads was in DC for the inauguration.

He is the Canadian minister of national defence.

He was an intelligence officer in Afghanistan.

One of his reasons for going the DC was to reconnect with US military officials.
