I wonder if truth be known (though there is really no way to know) how many people who were in her campaign actually did vote for her? Especially those who were subjected to her hysterical, screaming and cursing fits! I would almost bet the Secret Service personnel didn't.
I think your blog is very accurate....... and the Republicans need to take heed also. Their jobs can be on the line too, if they don't listen to the people who vote. People who don't vote need to pay attention also, if they want their voices heard..... many of those rioters admitted they didn't even vote. Of course, they may have been the paid ones.

maybe it's time to switch hats, Since you've switched shoes.

And start talking about what Trump is going to do, instead of what the Democrat are trying to do that they are not going to do.

Sarah Palin said yesterday, that Trump dealing with carrier, was simply corporate welfare, socialism. she spoke up against the Carrier Deal.
I'm going to be interested if she gets the post of Veteran Affairs in Trumps Cabinet, NOW.

I see now Nancy Pelosi is on your hit list. I'm certainly not defending Nancy Pelosi. but after this is done.. Who's next? What does it matter?, They don't have the power to create anymore, just to obstruct. The shoe is on a different foot now.

President-elect Donald Trump just went on a “victory tour” giving a speech at a Carrier factory in Indianapolis, Indiana, to boast that he was saving hundreds of jobsWhat he didn’t mention was that more jobs will be outsourced in Indiana than are being saved.

The deal he negotiated (which, by the way, the federal and state government is paying for via millions of dollars in state and federal incentives – aka taxpayers) will only keep about 800 jobs at the Carrier Indianapolis plant. The other 300 jobs were corporate jobs and weren’t moving – so the 1,000 figure given by Trump and Carrier is not an accurate number. 600 jobs from that plant are going to Mexico.
Another 700 jobs are also going to Mexico from a separate factory in Huntington, Indiana, which is also being closed. That’s what Trump didn’t mention.

Do the math: that’s 1,300 jobs going to Mexico (when you combine the two factories). More jobs are being outsourced than are being saved. Fortune Magazine backs up this number.

maisie,

You can just forget our capitalist's economic system. This election took us over the edge.
We now have a Capitalist's Government, No better than a Communist's government.

As you ignore the abuses that can be brought on by a capitalist economic system that can work against the public interest. And the government's duty to protect that interest.

You'll finally see it in a capitalist's government

That may will be all well and good for you, now... That is until..
They get into YOUR wallet and rip your fricken heart out.

He has handles that he made years ago, used a few times now and then, but laying in wait for when he needs them. He has had so many that he must have a file of names, with passwords, and email addresses for each one.

And that is not an unusual practice at all. Many cities and states give tax relief to companies to start up in their area or in this case, to remain.

you have a problem seeing things they way I do.

of course there are differences, big differences.

It's not the what...... it's the way.

Communism controls the economy.

WE try not to control the economy and let the marketplace control it. That's a traditional capitalist economy, your beleif is to keep government out if it.
What I am saying is that is changing
Capitalists government means the government controls the capitalist economy, not the marketplace. Exactly what you propose to be against
You have seen government interference against capitalism. what I now see is government interference for capitalism., and I see that as being against a capitalist economy. Sarah Palin said it perfectly...... Capitalist welfare.

I agree.

States and communities for their perceived own best interest do deals.
I don't have a problem with that. but they don't do it with Federal interest, federal funds, and a President elect taking credit for it.

Trump promised to keep jobs in Indiana, promises to keep Carrier in Indiana, promised that that people who move jobs will be penalized.
That didn't happen here. What happen was the State Of Indiana bit the bullet. No as bad as we would think though.
What, I say is this deal was not made totally public.
United technologies owns Carrier, United technologies does government contracts. Trump didn't have to be there for this deal, Indiana could have handled it all by themselves, they supposedly did, but he was there...WHY?
Carrier got a lot more benefit than than 7 million dollar tax break. By the way, where's the penalty? What about those 1300 other folks that are going to lose their job?

Thump said he would make unbelievable deals......he was right, this deal is unbelievable.
Don't you think United technologies competitions for government contract aren't going to know what's going on. Do you think they're not going want to get theirs?

I'm not being Liberal here, Liberal doesn't matter, the truth matters. You should be just as leery about this as would a Hillary bad deal or an Obama bad deal.

And you think that comes free...with no cost to the taxpayer? How naïve!
I wonder what you'll say when your bubble bursts. This was a deal that if Obama had made...you'd be yelling "foul".

It never occurred to me that Obama would agree with me.
Well now, it makes more sense as to why you disagree with me
