Congratulations o your appointment. Now all you have to do is figure out how to capture the methane to power out vehicles and generate electricity. The ultimate recycling but no doubt burning methane will produce some disruptive side effects so then you will have to find a solution to recycling that bi product.

 You miss the easiest take of all, to not do anything about global warming
that is......no matter what you do it ain;t gonna matter!

Nothing liberals say to do, is going to be proven to make a difference. In fact it's just a drop in the bucket.

Global problems take global solutions.. We ain't even close to being global, yet
And when we are.... it will be too late.
