 I remember hearing about that company. I think I told you this before but one day the partners of the lawfirm I worked at announced that they would be paying everyone who worked there the exact same salary. That included the law partners, the lawyers, law students, law clerks, and secretaries, everyone would earn the same amount. Then the Law Society informed the firm that they couldn't do it. They told us that the danger was that the employees might be giving special attention to the cases that would bring in the most money, and possibly neglect the lower paying cases.
