On a positive note some businesses and organizations with financial clout (the only thing that really has any impact) were moved to action. Specific issues aside it is encouraging to see that people will still stand up and say enough is enough and actually DO something.

I disagree. It was intended to be DEFENSIVE. Not discriminatory. Unless one feels it's okay to abuse one group so as not to abuse a preferred group?

Was the same Federal version "clearly intended to be discriminatory" when Bill Clinton signed it?
