 The problem with going after anyone who harbours terrorists is that you would have to level Miami, Boston, New York, and Chicago, among other places.

US authorities ignored terrorist training camps used for killing Cubans, and tolerated IRA fund raising in the other places I mention.

I have often wondered if the Brits ever had words with the US state department over the matter.
