Good post. Logic and business sense applied instead of emotion in the political arena.

Putting the politics aside there is a great deal of truth here about the feeling vs logic. My lack of math skills and strength in the feeling are are what shaped my career path. What amazed me is that when I reached the management level I actually became quite good at the process of the math. Fortunately by then we had calculators and computers to do the parts I was bad at.

I also agree with your point that businesses are already charging as much a they are able to and still keep their customer base. That is how it works. I also like the negative income tax solution. A version of that is already available to businesses. I paid way too much (in my opinion) until I figured out how to use this to advantage with my residence facility.

Where’s the money? In a case like McDonalds a CEO who would put employees ahead of his stockholders would certainly be fired.
