Beautiful and Mighty Rivers of Bangladesh My homeland, . Bangladesh is a land of enormous beauty. It is a riverine country, known as a land of rivers. About 700 hundred rivers (including tributaries) flow through this beautiful country The three most important and mighty rivers, the Meghna, the Padma and the Brahmaputra form the Ganges Delta----- the largest on the earth fanning out to the Bay of Bengal. It is believed that the breathtaking pictures of some of the rivers of Bangladesh posted hereunder would surely enchant the viewers!! Thanks Toolips! Glad to read your comments left on the blog of mine. It is really surprising to learn that you thought you were a mermaid in your previous life. May be you were a mermaid in your last life !! But I considered some one else of this site as a mermaid.. I warned her also about the existence of a predator in her ocean.
