Hi Lyn...so nice to see your blog again. You are missed you know.
When I was visiting my friends in Alberta last month I saw they they have three hummingbird feeders. Those little birds sure drink a lot of sugar water. They are fun to watch and as my friends have a place at the lake they have a lot of birds around their place. They have two Martin bird houses. We don't have Martins where I live. The houses had a total of 12 places for the birds to nest in and I think they had full house.
Give my regards to Ray and big hugs to you both.

I'll gladly accept a hug from you, and from your honey......... but I would prefer it to be in person!
I bought a hummingbird feeder, but have not gotten it hung yet. My daughter tells me there are still hummingbirds feeding from hers, so maybe it isn't too late.
Hugs back atcha!

Hello MsEd.......So glad to see you back in Blogland with another of your great blogs. I must admit I am not a bird watcher but seeing this piece and the pictures made me see something beautiful in nature that I am missing. I realize that I need to take the time to smell the roses and also watch the birds.

We have a bird feeder on the front porch and one on the back porch. It is fun to watch the hummingbirds on the feeders. We see the occasional woodpecker out back but haven't seen the on the humming bird feeders. We will be keeping watch though now!

BIG hugs to both of you from Alfie and Ann
