Hi Lynn....so nice to see you blogging. I have missed your blogs. So happy to hear that you and Ray are doing well. Big hugs to you both. Love your picture of the lofted barn. I have never seen one of those before. I hope your boxed garden does better this year. The plants that I have are all in pots. I even planted one lone strawberry this year. It probably needs a bigger pot but it is blooming and producing green strawberries which hopefully will ripen. I don't have deer and moles getting at my plants but find I have other plant pests. Last year I lost most of my plants to some kind of bug that got on my plants. So far they are all doing well. My geraniums are left overs from last year. They weathered the winter and are doing great. I love the pictures of you and Ray. You both look fantastic. Hope to see more of you.

Well, hello Mrs. Stokes. I'm mighty glad to meet you. You know, you remind me of a couple of great folks I used to see once in a while in Nashville. But I guess it is like that old song, "Those wedding bells are breaking up that old gang............" LOL.
I am so thrilled for the two of you..... but I really did miss seeing you.

We missed seeing you in Nashville.

I figured that you and Ray so enjoyed your new barns that you took pictures of each one of them!

It is beyond me why any sane person would want to live in a "house" the size of these.

Many years ago there were napkins, coasters, cards, etc. with a little guy sitting in a box. Underneath it said, "People are no damn good".

I think of them when I see a little house.

Hi Mrs. Stokes! Glad to see you here again! I also have missed your blogs. Thanks for sharing something of your happy life.
I like all the photos. As you have "four" barns, may I rent one? It's just the appropiate size for me to live in...It's so cute! When I played with dolls in my childhood, I would have been happy with one tiny house like this.
Thanks for the update on Renee. My prayers and hugs go to her.
Many blessings to you and Ray. Love you both.

Hi Lyn, long time no see. Love the pics and all four of your barns, can you spare one?

I was wondering where you went, now I see you have just been very busy. Happy for you and Ray, loved the pics and the blog.

Prayers going out for Renee!

Hot tubs and laughs
Poetry, and giraffes
Nights that were long
Yellow and a thong

Pizza and wishes
Sugar and soft kisses
Never had to worry about what we ate
We had rods, reels, boats and bait.

Now, I remember what we had
I miss it, you and Cariad
It may be gone, but it's not scary
Although, at times, I think that must be Hairy!

The pages are dwindling
The tree is but kindling
The Branches are bare
and it's growing nowhere

but it seems I have found
In my memories that abound
The sands of time, can't wash away the thought
Although, what happened here yesterday, I already forgot.

I wish there was more
but, it seems God has closed that "door"
although I'm no longer " in the know"
I still keep looking for that "open window"
