 It's hard to imagine that such a young man would already be such a racist that he would resort to killing a bunch of black people because 'blacks do so many bad things'?? I guess he felt that being locked in a prison cell for the rest of his life would teach other black people to be good??

I can't see that any good can come from people being allowed to carry guns outside their hone.

Seems to me the problem is the wording of the second amendment.
The way I read it, any restriction on the ownership of any sort of firearm is unconstitutional.
In fact, I think that banning felons from having guns is unconstitutional.
Are felons not counted among 'the people'?

That's the problem with written constitutions. They are almost impossible to change to reflect altered circumstance.
