I used to get a dime for my tooth. My kids expected a quarter. Now I hear kids get a dollar and I've heard of some getting FIVE. Talk about inflation! I should have saved all those teeth in a jar, and sold them to the tooth fairy today!

I don't remember ever being paid for losing a tooth. I did fall for the piece of string tied around a loose tooth and connected to a door knob...ONCE.
