You are doing very well with the weight loss, knxldy, and you will achieve your target weight if you maintain that attitude. I think you are doing the right thing by disposing of those big old clothes, buy yourself some new ones tha fit, it will make you feel good! Alfie...

Some of us weren't meant to be skinny so rejoice in what you have already achieved. And get into that water, no one is going to pay the slightest attention to you. Water aerobics work wonders.

Congratulations on your weight loss. I remember when my mom went to Weight Watchers and they had told them to keep an article of clothing, a dress for the women or pants and shirt for the men. When they reached their goal, they had a fashion show...the clothes hung on them!

You are making amazing progress. Go enjoy the water aerobics. It is a good workout, and in my class there are folks of all sizes, including the men.

Good job! I know how the interim clothes thing goes. For years I have had 3 sets of clothing in different sizes becasue I tended to "move" through them. Of course I always wanted to wear the ones that were too large or too small. Maybe at least 1 new outfit as a reward and several "temporaries" from thrift stores. When my sister was going through a major weight change she was able to get an entire "temporary" wardrobe for the price of 1 new outfit. When she changed sizes again she redonated them. If you can definitely do hit the water. It's a great way to exercise without stressing the painful joints. A water aerobics class for seniors is always fun and as for looks - you will find everyone there is pretty much in the same situation. Spiritwoman ^i^

Hugssss my friend!! I do agree with getting in the water... just a short sleeved or sleeveless to and a pair of light weight shorts will do. Just walking back and forth in the shallow end will do wonders!!!
