A relative newcomer to blogging, I was surprised, and still am, by the seeming unrelenting hostility (overt/covert) of some SFF members although do witness such in chat rooms on occasion. It is as if some oddly feel they have a sense of entitlement, of having earned the 'right' to speak disparagingly of others. For some, perhaps the 'demon' drink too has it's hand in it. Thanks for your open address and appeal.

I'm not yet familiar with everyone, and, even if I didn't post yet on Alifies' blogs..or his spouse's.I feel always re-energized and admire their spirit and kindness and humor. I wonder who really could've done that!! It's unacceptable.

As some others have said.... I do not open blogs which are posted by some. I like Seek's sentence, "In real life I don't walk around "SLUMS" either." Good blog knxlady!! Hugssss.....

Hi Knx: Great blog. There are only a handful of bullies here and for all we know they could all be the same person. We have tried everything we can think of to make them behave...reason with them, be nice to them, write shaming blogs about them, ignore them, block them, report them, but nothing works. I think every internet group has monitors or censors who read through postings and profiles deleting whatever or whoever is offensive, but when this group's censor bans someone it is usually someone like Stillwater or Alfie???? Any total stranger who can read English can see in two minutes who the bullies are here, and anyone at head office can see who has multiple profiles created from the same computer.

I've noticeda huge change in SFF knx and its not for the better. Betty used to post some beautiful pictures \nd some good blogs, as did Don. I have nothing against anyone here, but on the whole, I have to say I dont like many of them. I doubt if Alfieor |Ann take much notice except to have a good chuckle together. Alfie has terrific sense of humour and I would hate it if he didnt carry on as usual. Dan is a good blogger too and he gives us a laugh. If you come into SFF as a newcomer, or even come in for a chat and a laugh, you will be sorely disappointed. I dont come i here much bec\use it makes me depressed. Some of the members are now quite vulgar and have no respect for anyone or anything.I feel sorry for people who have nothing intelligent to say so they just start up a fight and get lots of "views"

A very thoughtful and well written blog, but I am afraid it will not help. I think the only way to deal with the guy with a empty magazine, who talks to himself, is to ignore him, and I will continue to do that. He craves attention and hides behind a computer screen to get it, he will no longer get it from me. Thanks for posting this, knxldy. Alfie...

If you want to help minimize the abusive blogs, stop playing this game. Every time you post on this matter you are simply adding more fuel to flames.

I feel the words of your writing KNXLADY and my tears just fell down. I admit that when I read all those bully for somebody especially about us I got depressed the whole time until Don will be saying "do not take those things seriously" they do not know us. I am upset when I read insults to somebody. I asked myself several times why are we still here. This place is very important to me. SFF is a good companion since the beginning when I was suffering, I do understand you. Hang on my dear friend maybe better times will come. Don and I honor your sincerity and we want to know you more. You touched my heart knxlady. I feel your pain. We pray for your health. We wishes that your coming surgery will be successful and will not be postpone because of other things. I am happy you listed me in your friends list in f b. You take care always! Betty . I have had people come at me. I handle it by making fun of them. They soon realize that I have a tough hide and give up.
