Response to Maisie's Blog - a true and factual account.

Maisie posted a blog (NERVE OF A GOVERNMENT MULE) that was rife with inaccuracies, shot through with innuendo and clearly misinformed.

To begin she, in essence, identified Democrats as "jackasses". (another instance where she paints with a very broad brush even though she claims to never do that). But that is not the most troubling aspect of her blog.

She goes on, by innuendo, to indicate the of a "reported" illegal alien is harboring an illegal immigrant. She goes still further and implies the Democrat party is harboring an illegal immigrant. Neither allegation is true.

Maisie in her blog clearly showed us, once again, why a "little knowledge is a dangerous thing". She does not understand immigration, immigration law, nor the process and procedure that immigrants to this country face. Because of Betty's legal immigration, countless hours spent in discussion with our immigration attorney, research into the laws, knowledge of applicable requirements and ultimately engaging the process we possess more knowledge of immigration law than some person who works as a part time menial laborer in a big box store.

First of all the mother of Carla Ortiz is eligible for application for legal status. The fact that she may have received a notice from DHS is normal under the conditions. That notice will be set aside if the mother makes application for temporary residency under the provisions that exist in the immigration laws.

To imply the Democrat convention is in violation of a federal statute is clearly misinformed. How can Democrats harbor an illegal immigrant? How can the harbor an illegal immigrant when she was clearly in plain sight?

Maisie should request a refund for her law degree. Possibly she obtained it from Trump University...if so, it is no surprise to me how she could be so clearly uninformed.
