Prepare to be liberated

Having just spent two hours viewing Michael Moore's most recent movie, I can say that this is a remarkable film and effectively deals with the negativity that emanates from some....both Democrat and Republican. This film is probably Moore's best film to date and it deals with pressing problems in this country.

If you wish to become fully informed, if you are concerned about the diminishing of the middle class and if you are concerned with ever increasing wealth redistribution from the middle class to the upper one percent then do yourself a favor and see this movie.

The title? Oh yes, I almost forgot...the title is "WHERE To INVADE NEXT"

    Quoting  :

I haven't seen it yet, but look forward to it. there's truth in what he says. It biased, and slanted, but still there's some truth.

I don't know about watched with a jaundiced eye, I'd say more pale than yellow.

Of course his movies, need to be carefully viewed and not accepted as gospel. We should do that all the time about everyone here too.
But like everyone here there is a basis of truth, that one needs to both see and appreciate before condemning and to understand before praising.

I plan to see it when I get home. Good or bad agree or disagree it will present things in a different light than mainstream. It always helps to see things from a different perspective. Something I learned in my years of social work is that the truth usually lies somewhere between opposing beliefs and analysis made based on those beliefs.

That idea that it takes an open mind, to see the truth. is just bullshit.

The fact is an open mind will never see the whole truth. That's why it's open in the first place. it's open to other truths.

I will watch the movie with an open mind. Will I believe it to be the whole truth? NEVER. I will see what is true, question what is opinion, and arrive at my opinion and my truth. I will not expect my truth to be the truth of others here...That's what an open mind does!
