 SOMETIMES SHORT CUTS & QUICK CLICKS DEGRADE....TRY RESETTIN' THE DEFAULTS....THEN RESETTIN' THE PROTRAIT.... B SURE 2 HIT "APPLY.....HOPE IT HELPS.....HAVA GOOD TIME

 I would check my printer settings to make sure it's set to print in portrait mode.
