We aren't going to like everyone we meet, just like everyone we meet isn't going to like us, such is life. I don't understand the taunting of other members here, but obviously there is nothing you can do about it. Seems the more people complain, the worse it gets, so the best thing is to let it be even if you think it's childish behavior.

Hi Seek: You're so right, with all the bombings and terrorists running amok these days, not to mention all the intolerance in the world and cruel internet bullying, we seniors should be trying to set a good example. (It's strange but every time I see that word 'senior' or look in a mirror, it shocks me as I still feel like a teenager inside.) I can't even imagine what prospective or new members think when they log in to SFF for the first time and get a look at our blogs and all the fighting. How embarrassing. Hope you and Gene are doing o.k. All the best to you both.

The only thing wrong with them is that they are human, with all the character defects that implies.

Hi Karin! Hope all is doing well with Gene. I'm a person of peace. Since I perceived the unpleasant things in SFF, I don't read political blogs or those which its headline is not interesting for me. It's regrettable!  Trust in dreams, for in them is hidden the gate to eternity.(Khalil Gibran)
