 Oh yes....... but for a few days, I am young and carefree. Here in Nashville, with lots of friends, and LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of laughter, cares of the world and aches of the body seem to fade. At least for a few days.
Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

 That about sums it up. The waist change is particularly true for me. My weight is the same as it has been bot years but it seems some of the cells have turned to fat and migrated. The skin thing is partially my fault. I chose and still do being outside in the sun free from the chemical additives of sun screen over the imposed model of what skin is suppose to look like.

 I'll take the wrinkles, the sagging skin and the grey hair over the alternative, there's so much more life we have yet to enjoy.
