Edmonton Fringe Festival

We are in the middle of the festival at the moment.
The events take over a good part of the town on the south side of the river.
It's the either the second or third biggest Fringe after Edinburgh.
Adelaide may be bigger.

Performers from all around the world come to put on short plays and skits.
Two of them are staying at my place.
One lady from NZ who performs all over the world.
The other is a woman from LA.

My has a one woman act called 'Ask Aggie' that she does.
It's an advice to the love lorn sort of thing.
She has some prepared questions that she uses from show to show, and also takes questions from the audience.

Because my is involved I ended up with a lot of free tickets.
The usual admission is around $12, but there is lots of free stuff happening as well.

This is one reason I enjoy living in Edmonton.
Sure beats the Calgary Stampede.

Sounds like a fun festival. I would like to see your daughter perform.

    Quoting  :

It's a blast.

Some shows are better than others.

Some are good, but not to my taste.

My daughter recommends them to me since she knows my taste and many of the performers.

Not my best pic.

Gonna try for something better.
