 I had heard this joke quite some time ago but thankfully couldn't remember the ending. It did make me chuckle.

Unfortunately our cat Hairee was killed by the new very large dogs next door 2 weeks ago. I heard barking and her scream and ran out.

She died in my arms a minute or so later.
