Valentines Day - Two Perspectives
Like everything in life Valentines Day is what we choose to make of it. A day with a theme is set aside and everyone takes it from there. The only consistency with holidays is that businesses use it as a point of advertising to generate extra income. I'm changing the focus a bit. The first is a sarcastic cartoon about the story of Saint Valentine. The other is the palm frond I painted in Valentine style becasue that is what the shape of the frond suggested to me.
