Another Reason to Stay Connected
My last blog was about staying connected electronically while on vacation. Last night I discovered another benefit. It's good for some people's health.

Chuck wanted to watch the Super Bowl but he is diabetic and needs to eat on schedule. Sticking to a diet and feeding schedule is difficult when on vacation. It would be simple at home but here we have to go to the restaurant to eat an appropriate meal.

No problem. My smart phone has an NFL app I said I would never use. Came in handy last night. Good meal at a restaurant on the beach with the game on right there at the table.

It is so beautiful here. It's hard to show it in pictures but the jungle comes right down to the beach just a few miles out of the excitement and flavor of the old part of town.
