Photo of My Monday Motivation The damp rainy weather the past few days has left me a bit short on motivation. It's a choice between being limited by pain or limited by medication. With that in mind I am combining the Monday blog suggestions. My old man cat is here beside me with all of the enthusiasm he can muster. There could not be a better image of my motivation today although I will force myself to the gym in a couple of hours to work out some of the stiffness but the kitty will remain as motivated and active as he is in this pic until evening. . My couch is getting real crowded. Between rain here and snow so many other places it seems to be the spot of choice. As for your sidewalk - it will melt sooner or later. If you can get in and out of the house, get the car out and get the mail what more do you need? Keep warm Spiritwoman ^i^

Thank you. Never got to town for the gym but did get in 40 min of water exercise in the Jacuzzi. They have a huge ïone here and it's not used much during the day. Spiritwoman ^i^

Lovely pic Spiritwoman, your cat is very cute. It makes me remember the one my late mum had, she really adored hers and it was also treated like a child at home. Thanks for this pic.

He weighs just about 18 pounds and is close in size to my neighbor's dog ChooChoo who is the male version of Maxine. Didn't make it to the gym but managed about 40 minutes of kicks and stretches in the jacuzzi.. Spiritwoman ^i^
