TMI You may have to open this photo in a separate window and enlarge it to read. Cat people and people who get impatient wordy pedantic style blogs will find it probably enjoy it most. Since I fall into both categories I really enjoyed it. Spiritwoman ^i^ |

No war yet. Everyone must still be in the shelters. Personally I didn't see anything controversial about your comment but then these days anything can be turned controversial on here. I completely agree about Neuro Psychiatry. One of my sisters has a biofeedback practice. It was fascinating to have her hook me up and for us to actually see the difference between my ADD brain and a so called normal brain. Then add to that the differences altering brain chemistry with psych meds makes. Pretty direct and to the point. My orthopedist, my vet and I all so quite well with this approach. Once diagnosed most of less serious most of issues addressed by "psycho babble" can be dealt with rather simply and realistically with behavior modification and reality therapy, which are pretty streight forward and simple to understand. Sure is, especially for me. My late husband and his 2 brothers actually looked like Fat Freddy, Phineas and Freewheeling Franklin right down to Freddy's curls and Phineas's hat. They were all over 6 feet tall. You should have seen the response we got when they all showed up at the hospital in Flagstaff to deal with my father in law. Spiritwoman ^i^

There was lots of helpful stuff. I still read a lot of self help stuff. You ever know when there is some gem lurking in the shadows. I do get impatient though with over explanations or over analysis. We have a tendency to make the easiest things so complicated, particularly for an add brain that goes to the bottom line quickly.. Spiritwoman ^i^
