Poto Monday - Selfie My best selfie is my profile photo. I am not very good at this technique but have been practicing in the past few months. The photo I am using is an older one. Back in the Foto Friday days we had an assignment of shadows and reflections. This one was one of my rejects becasue I didn't like the expression on my face. I still don't. I was originally going to do a new one but ran out of time this week-end so am using what I have. The painting on the right is also an earlier one - a bit more organized than my current trend. Bright colors seem to be my thing, no matter what I start out to do. I was looking back at some things in search of the photo I really wanted to use and did find a couple of less dramatic color - then I went to Puerto Vallarta for the better part of a year, studied the Huichol culture and their art and nothing has been been the same since.
