Thank You Rich1937 A while ago I posted a blog about nutritional supplements - something I have used for some time. Rich responded and let us know about one I was not familiar with, moringa oleifera, which he recommended for arthritic inflammation as well as a variety of other things. I was impressed with the results he stated his wife experienced with her arthritic pain. I thought why not give it a try? Although the form he suggested would not work for me and I do not feel confident giving up other things that have helped I did find some in another form that fits my regimen. I have been taking it for probably about 6 weeks (in addition to the supplements I was already taking). I am not pain free by a long shot as a couple of my joints are too worn out to be completely treated by anti-inflammatory but I have had little pain in my hip and back for the past week! This is the longest stretch of relief I have experienced since this area's major flare up lat Oct. I am anxiously watching the next few weeks, hoping for looking forward to continued relief. Thank you so much Rich. I know sharing our aches and pains is not very entertaining but in this case sharing information is very helpful. Besides, who says every blog needs to be entertaining? If something works and offers relief, it is not only information but a gift. I learn a lot of things here on SFF from real people. And some of the food recipes were sooo good. Nice post Spirit.

Find rich on FB with the clues he gave me in his response. I did. I don't use his product as I include it in a herbal concoction (witches brew) I make. I added this particular one after Rich told me about it. Seems to be helping so I may increase it's proportions in my cocktail. If you are not already on any sort of a program check out Rich's product on FB. n Spiritwoman ^i^

Thank you so much. I got some raw herbs to add to my cocktail form a supplier I have used for my herbals for a long time. I also grow many of my own herbs (I am a strega after all) and if this product continues to help I will see about getting some seeds from another of my resources. Thank you again Spiritwoman ^i^

Seems to have helped dramatically with the joint pain. Not sure about the immune system as mine has been in good shape for ever. I can't take many immunizations so I have had to focus on natural immunity. In the course of my work I think I was exposed to every disease known to man so have developed may immunities. Haven't had a cold in 4 years, no flu shots (I'm allergic) and no flue other than once in the id 70's. Besides, using natural herbs and plants is part of the Strega's practice. I even supply home grown catnip to the local vet! Spiritwoman ^i^
