Christians pray to God for protection. In my belief system we seek protection by visualization. There are many ways to do this. The simplest is one I have used for years. It involves visualizing a circle or column of white light emanating from source and forming a protective shield. This is how I illustrate it via painting. I use others as well, depending on the severity of the thing I seek protection from.
