Photo Monday X and Y

Like everyone I thought this one would be difficult but went through my photos and was surprised to find some.

X was most difficult but the first photo fits perfectly. My EX's XLR. This was his dream car. We took it on a month long road trip visiting friends and relatives across the country ending up at a national rally for XLR owners from all over the country in Bowling Green KY. I have a photo of the 150 or so XLR's assembled at the GM assembly plant but I did not take that one.

The second represents Youth. These are my 2 Youngest grands when they Younger. They are 8 now

Good choice of X's and Y's, Spirit. I love the one of the kids playing in the water. They are having a great time!

Alfie...

They did - almost every warm weekend that summer.

Nope - not cold. The waterfall is part of the pool and the pool water is circulated.

The XLR is a very unique vehicle. Cadillac made it for 4 years or so. It is often described as a corvette in tux and tie. A real combo of Cadillac luxury and corvette performance.

These 2 were special becasue one lived with me and the other was baby at at my house (they are cousins 3 months apart) for their first 3 years.

They liked the waterfall more than the pool when they were this age. I guess it is becasue it was more their size.

They were so cute at that age. Still are but probably only for another year or 2.

Wow - that's interesting. There were not that many XLR's made. Yes, it was very comfortable for long trips. Kind of a perfect combination of luxury and comfort.
