 Interesting - My daughter and family use something like this to develop balance and strength for rock climbing. This a activity kept the young teens busy for 3 days on our last camping trip.

As for me - probably not. I am happy that my progress with alleviating my arthritic limits now allows me to stand on one leg without hanging on to something.

Interesting technique. I have been practising a different kind of balancing exercise even though I am still a spring chicken though older.
