The baton twirls inside her precious hand the dream alive that's set her heart ablaze far more afoot than some might understand who'd see in this a child that merely plays.
She's in her stride and discipline is key a quickened pulse a stimulating surge so deftly done the draft is destiny and that itself is what instills the urge.
Somewhere in time a woman will be grown made way for things now absent at this stage but there and then she'll come into her own tomorrow's tome that borrows from this page.
The baton twirls to sparkles in her eyes as well a seer for what that signifies.

Wow - this is great and truly a 'gem' as Loth acknowledges.....
Richard, it is lovely to see you and I hope that your respite brings that which is beneficial.
The beautiful metamorphosis unfolds brilliantly before our eyes as your poem works its 'immediate' magic thus heightening our perception in the most delightful manner....
All the best, Richard, and thank you.....Dianne

Hi Dianne. Thank you so much for the positive and validating feedback. In the past few months, I have not had the time or energy to write much (compared to the norm), but soon as I re-energize poems seem to appear. Glad you like the work and take the time to say so. All the best to you also.
As always,
Richard
