Karin way to go, it's about time someone (other than myself) set Denver straight!!!  As for snoopy, I agree with you Karin, I also commented on that comic character awhile ago and was told off with some excuse that snoopy's owner came from his home town, well big deal! Snoopy was during the 60s as most of us know and this is the 2009 so Denver grow up. None of us or very few give a flying fish one way or the other. Karin, as you and I know, a great time was had by all at St. Pete's but I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your documents and can only hope that they can be retrieved. As for the photos, we were all looking forward to viewing them as I know Rosie took many. Larry is still attempting to post ours on FB but is having a little difficulty.

Since I wasn't there and don't know anything about what's going on ... gonna have to say, 'no comment'. This was to Denver anyway.Bad news where you lost some of your business folders. No one, no one, should do any deleting from someone else's computer!! Do you have back up folders stored with your security program?

oh,, what a shame....Karin,, it could have been a simple copy and save and then some "doctoring" with any photo program, don't think he hacked anything.......but isnt anything someone posts kind of free for the taking? I"m sure he was just havin' fun, dontcha think? ,,,actually anthing on a computer that gets deleted , doesnt really get deleted from a hard drive....just takes some smarts to get everything back!~

I don't know what happened except what I read...but shouldn't you be mad at Rosie for deleting your folders and pictures and not Denver? From what you said...she is the one that deleted them not Denver. Hope you are able to get things back. Looks like you guys had a great time at the bash...Red organizes a great event doesn't she!

Wow. Sorry that Rosie deleted your folders but don't think it was malicious on Denver's part. Hop you are able to retrieve them and feel fairly sure you will. Pictures on a site such as this or FB are free for the taking and to do with whatever.

Karin I hope you checked in your "recycle bin" to see if those items were there. I agree Rosie should not have deleted anything from someone else's computer. I always maintain a guest account on my computer for others to use, even Salsa !! My account is password protected and also my business files are also password protected. I feel sorry for Rosie having let her emotions get the better of her. On many occasions I myself have done the same as many on SFF can attest to. No one is perfect and forgiveness is a attribute. Denver, although I am not a fan(atic) of snoopy, I truly believe you have the choice to enjoy your beliefs. I don't think you had the right to alter someone else's pictures but I know you did not do it with the intentions of hurting anyone. Karin sometimes you can recover the files by going to a "restore" point before this incident occurred or find some kid riding a bike and ask them for tech help. It is amazing what kids can do nowadays. My son has been fixing my computers ever since I had one which really peeves me off !!! Recently I had to purchase a new laptop (coffee on the keyboard trick) and he helped me transfer everything over. I watched him intently but still have no idea how he did it!! I have been trying for days to post my st pete's pictures to no avail. Karin, Rosie and denver...hugssssssss ps...personally I like Homer Simpson.....DOH !!!!

Hi Karin: Wow, this has really turned into a fine mess. I agree with what Larry said about looking in your 'recycle bin'. Everything I delete gets stored there until I give the command to empty the bin. Its too bad the nice bash had to end on this note. I think Denver has deleted his blog as I can't find it, but I don't think its possible for Denver to go into someone else's SFF blog to change anything without having their SFF password. I'm sure he was just trying to have a little innocent fun by adding his face to that photo, the same reason he has been using my snoopy bling (which Sleepwalk designed and lent to me).

Although he is not my favorite blogger, I think Denver was just playing. As to the deletion of all your files...that seemed at best an overreaction..and at worst malicious. Poor snoopy, does he deserve that kind of torture? and, will PETA get us for laffin at that?  Belle

I thought this one was particularly worry free. I am sorry that Rosie felt the need to do the things she did..but except for Karin's losses..the bash was a howling success. I would hope rosie would reimburse Karin for the monetary problem she has caused her. fixing those kind of problems is NOT cheap. Belle
