Today I Feel Stupid.. Woke up this morning and had my coffee and turn on the computer. Began reading what I wrote and any responses to that. I couldn't believe what came over me.....I just started laughing. I couldn't believe I took any of this shit seriously. It all reads like a comedy skit taken from SNL, or Comedy central. The cast of characters from a "family vacation" meet "animal house" Then it hit me..I had to believe that any other perspective is just stupid.. So I must have been stupid! I should take peoples advice and stick to my 'bad' poetry. As Tx would say...party on! |

So what did I see this morning that made me laugh..... I saw maisie in a bonnet, on a make me chuck wagon, riding into town, with the idea to protect her home stead fastly. Trying to get the town folk to kick the Indians off HER land. Lizst riding behind on a stead slowly, with a pee gun and a rope, and a saddlemebag full of sh*t. I saw Adolpho as a 'bald man" pounding his shoe on table. I saw Leafy with pigs flying overhead, looking for a bald guy that let them out of his pen. Determinded to put them back to his pen. I saw a Panther spitting in the mirror. I saw bijou, roxy, and boogie passing the plate around while Elmer Gantry preached. I saw Dandee with a Ak47 in one hand and a bible in the other, and not being able to decide which one to put down to be able to pick up the beer in front of him. I saw Lulu... as elmo the grouch, sitting on a trash can, protecting her trash from the other sesame characters I saw unsafe sax..on a golf course, kicking his balls and never finding the hole..then blaming it on the threesome. I saw Thankful as being unthankful, and Maggie as "Maggie May" I, and Jkh as Jimmy Krack Ho and I don't care I saw Et as the victim, of her own perceived win/win game. standing over a large pot, stirring it with her broom handle, and cooking her own friends. Then I saw myself, sitting on my shoulder, whispering in my own ear... You're an idiot............To have seen it differently, to have gotten involved, You need to just sit back and enjoy...stop trying to "fix" them.

LOL....oh shoot how I love passing that plate. I don't know about Bij or boogie but this momma needs a new pair of red spiky heels..keep that plate movin. Yeppers that ole Elmer Gantry preaching works every time, it is called smoke and mirrors. Some times expressing yourself or being a wee bit fooish, is A-OK. I actually enjoy your humour Roxy, TY, and the right says the left has "no sense of humor". Well, to me, I say to the right, you guys leave out the "of humor" part.

I love Rod Stewart and for the most part I I am amused by SFF . My fave soap . Maggie, I love Rod too, that why I sing it when I hear your name. I am now also amused by SFF....not what I originally bought into (well I never really paid), but now I can live with it, with the right perspective, it really is amusing.

Hi JC: Why am I one of the people collecting the money at a revival meeting? I do love Burt Lancaster though. I couldn't really see why everyone seemed to be so upset over this Elgible woman, but glad things have calmed down now.

Since I'm going to start having fun, it's probably a good idea to actually tell people what I think about the issues. Increaing the minimum wage......I'm against it the middle east....I'm against it, I'm against any involvement in it The moral right....I'm against it and everything about it global warming...I'm concerned about it, but right now I got bigger problems than to worry about than what's going to happen in two hundred years Religion.....I'm against it Social programs.....I'm against abuses..big time, but I'm also against the Right using those abuses to say the programs aren't worthy. Taxation, I am against abuses...big time. I'm against "playing with it" ...I'm for fixing it and fixing those that use and abuse it. Racism......It's so obviously wrong, yet you can't fix everybody by making laws, If we just agree it's wrong, then does it matter how wrong it is? The Poor......It's not my fault..it's theirs, and I'm one of them!....I don't care and they don't know what poor really is. They'll never get out of it,..... if they think they're in it, and it's the government responsibility to get them out of it.

Your question is perfectly phrased and answer itself. Remember it all a metaphor. "I do love Burt Lancaster though" Okay you're not collecting for Elmer, you're for Burt. maybe that's too hard....okay, you're the pawn in my diatribe Okay, that's too hard....Let's say you don't do anything, but do for other people. alright, alright...that's not true either...Let's say... an interesting side note....It seems the only two righties that responded couldn't understand the metaphor.....Probably didn't think it was very funny. Although to be fair, we haven't heard from Adolpho, leafy or Lulu.... they are probably stewing over the left, over stew! Speaking of the left, I left out joefromchicago. Some people think he's a blowhard....I don't know about that....but I think he's from the "windy" city!

So if I am narrow minded then you must fall into that category also big, Of course not, I don't disagree with EVERYTHING from anybody. but I tell you the biggest difference.... It's my opinion......It's what I think is right. I'm not on a crusade. if it wasn't for the "moral thing" I'd be pretty conservative. but my conservatism doesn't have any fear in it, or moral high ground. I'm not trying to return us to some "good old days", or cookie cut us, or divide us. I think we have everything we need, and the job of politician is to make everything we need work. Not the way the politician wants it to work, but anyway it will work. Not to be magician.....like focusing our attention on something that doesn't matter so they can do their "magic" I shutter when I hear some Conservative say that a republican or republican candidate "isn't Conservative enough"! WTF does that mean? Just think if you heard some liberal say that their candidate wasn't Liberal enough...You gotta be kidding me! Since you choose to be so literal. (that what happens when a liberal choose to b in the t party). Being narrowminded doesn't mean being wrong, it just means you have a thick skull and an elongated small brain cavity.

I'll let you in on a little secret....."lulugravy" is an homage to my hero "Wavy Gravy"........ lulu Well that makes sense....although, you are an oxymoron A "Canadian Hippie" is that like a "Mexican Doctor", or a " Presidential Woman." or a "Syrian refugee"  You folks up there have never figure out, the real reason we sent all our American hippies to Canada in the sixties...It was another American subversion plot! We have been trying to figure out how we can give you folks a Mexican border, just can't figure that one out , so we're thinking "world illegals" instead of just " illegal aliens", that of course is if the pipeline doesn't work! since we're planning on sending you back oily Mexicans! We have been dropping phamplets in Syria, Telling the people there that Yasgur is a Muslim name and Woodstock is in Canada! and that the peace symbol is really jihadists. I think the Syrians took note, and all want to go Canada so they be Canadian "Syrian refugees" hippies.
