A Wednesday evening in Autumn or early spring, friends round for Tikka Masala with rice and poppodums, sweet mango chutney, and then Man u in the Champions League live on itv, lager or my homebrew or cider from the local shop, which is lovingly called (by me) Testicle Desolver, (which will probably happen to us if we drink to much of the stuff!!!!) lol happy days.

Try some lime pickle, alternate dipping your meat in that with the chutney.
A great mixture of sweet and sour, by the end of it your taste buds will be dancing.
