 I haven't had wild mushrooms since I was a kid. Got my fill of them though when my husband and I hauled them for a local commercial mushroom farm. Three runs a week from here to phoenix and all the mushrooms we could use.

 I have never eaten these if you can believe it. I like mushrooms now but when I was a kid living in central Illinois I would have eaten almost anything except a mushroom.

My gal friend in Indiana and her husband go mushroom hunting each year. They never shared what they found sooo, I have never eaten these mushrooms.

Whatever I find in the grocery is all the fresh (or hopefully fresh ) mushrooms I cook.

 Yum, Yum. I am a mushroom lover and when I was a kid I used to love going collecting them with my Dad and Granddad.
