Just gotten a call from the hospital, and they want me to come in to see the doctor. They have a van coming for me at noon. It is the secretary of the neurology department that called, and she does not know anything. So, here I go again. This has never happened before, especially from the VA. I know that my cancer is in check. But I don't know why they want to see me. I feel confused, and a little sad. And I won't know anything until 4pm, when I see the doctor. I know this is not my ususal blog. But I need to be writing down what is going on inside me. I am not worried yet, because I have weathered some pretty heavy duty storms and come out the other side. So, for the moment, here I sit, just waiting. God bless each any every one of you. |

Unconventional, Hugs and prayers for you coming your way. This would certainly be scarey for anyone and I am sure you are on pins and needles to find out just what is going on. Perhaps it is just a retest? At least you know they are on top of it...That is one good point! Please do keep us informed and let us know what is going on? Waiting is the hardest and most difficult thing to do especially when you are about to get results from a test or see the doctor.Your mind and imagination start to play tricks. I spent 2 yrs. waiting for new resuls on ct scans and mri's every couple of months and each time it was hell. MY advice to you is try to keep busy, keep your mind occupied or talk to a close friend, and most of all try to keep a positive outlook. Good luck my friend. carol

Joannita, would love my hand held. never seems to happen though. The last twelve years I have had exactly two visitors while I was in Hospital. And I have had tow people come with me to appointments. I seem always to be doing this alone. A bit sad actually. Anyway, that you all for the support, Juannita, classy_baglady, LadyNads2, mrelusive, 2StepPartner, misscee, unduplicated, fluffy1, and Ola2006. I will take the lot of you with me, in spirit.
